While breathwork invites you to travel deeply within and connect with your inner world, a very low dose truffles can induce subtle shifts in perception and awareness, giving you the opportunity to work with yourself on a deeper level. This session lasts 3-4 hours and takes place in my practice room at home. This provides a peaceful and therapeutic setting for a transformative breathing journey.
What to expect?
First, you complete an intake form and we will have an intake interview based on that. Here we will further discuss your background, any contraindications, but also your intentions and expectations.
Before the breathwork session, you receive information about the preparation that will further support you in determining your intentions and preparing yourself mentally and physically.
The total session lasts approximately 3 to 4 hours. We first take the time to land together and go through the intention again.
You will then be offered a low dose (1 to 2 grams) of fresh truffles and we will first start with a gentle build-up of breathwork work. In terms of structure, this breathwork session is very similar to my regular breathing session, only the journey lasts 2 hours instead of about 1 hour.
This combination can be a gentle way to get introduced to deeper work with psychedelics. The breath and truffles together form a strong synergy that supports you to go deeper in your own process.
After the breathwork session there is enough time to land and there is room to share something. I recommend taking the rest of the day off to allow for a gentle integration.
I will be available via WhatsApp the following week. I ask people to send me audio messages during that week about what comes out of the process, to which I also respond. Together we look at how these insights can contribute to sustainable changes in your life. I will also send you information and tools that can support you with the integration after your session.
If you have not yet done a breathing session, I often recommend doing a regular breathing session first. If you already have a lot of experience with breathwork and/or psychedelics, we can always discuss this during the online intake.
The synergy of psilocybin & connected breathwork
Both truffles and breathwork offer the opportunity for deeper self-reflection because you can more easily make contact with the subconscious. The breathwork in the session provides a solid foundation that prepares the body for the psychedelic journey. The process is more noticeable in the body through the breath than if you only take truffles. And the psilocybin in the truffles intensifies and supports you more in your process. The sessions may include:

You do not need any experience with truffles for the Microdose + Breathwork sessions, but it can be nice to have already gained experience with connected breathwork. Breathwork puts you in a different state of being and it can be quite intense. The combination of the low dose of truffles and the connected breathing works synergistically. In other words, they reinforce each other. It is therefore advisable for people who are completely new to breathwork to first receive a connected breathing session. So if you have any doubts between these sessions and regular breathing sessions, do not hesitate and discuss it in the online intake. We can then see together what feels most appropriate for you at the moment.
Microdose + Breathwork are also suitable for a wide range of people who are looking for healing, growth and awareness. Here are a few examples of who can benefit from these sessions:
People who experience stress: We often experience stress due to a combination of circumstances. We may have been taught as children to always strive for perfection, or to be liked. These are behavioral patterns that have become ingrained in our system. As a result, our system is no longer very good at dealing with long-term external stressors.
It can help reduce stress and promote relaxation by teaching our sympathetic nervous system to handle higher activation without becoming overwhelmed. And this allows us to deal with stress better. And we can therefore complete the stress cycle, as it were (and not get stuck in it) and therefore really rest and recover through the activation of the (ventral part of the) parasympathetic nervous system.

Yes, although breathwork and the work with truffles are generally safe, there are some contraindications that we should be aware of. Here are some situations where it may not be advisable to participate in a breathwork session without first seeking medical advice:
Cardiovascular disease: People with severe cardiovascular disease or high blood pressure should be careful, as some breathing techniques can increase heart rate and change blood pressure.
Epilepsy: Individuals with epilepsy may be sensitive to changes in breathing patterns, which in some cases can trigger a seizure.
Mental Illness: Individuals with serious mental illness such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or acute psychotic episodes should exercise caution as breathwork can induce intense emotional and psychological experiences.
Pregnancy: Pregnant women should use caution, especially with forceful breathing techniques, as they can affect blood flow to the uterus and possibly have unwanted effects on the fetus.
Recent Surgery: Individuals who have recently undergone surgery, especially of the chest, should exercise caution and consult with their physician before participating in breathwork.
Acute physical health problems: Individuals with acute physical health problems, such as pneumonia, bronchitis, or asthma attack, should wait until they have fully recovered before participating in breathwork.
It is always important to indicate any health or medical conditions on the intake form prior to a breathwork session and to discuss them during the online intake so that I can fully understand your situation and make adjustments to the session if necessary to ensure your safety.

Yes, Breathwork + Microdose is generally safe. I always ask you to complete a screening form. Because there are a number of contraindications (see question above).
It is important to work with an experienced facilitator with whom you feel comfortable, who can guide you through the process and provide a safe environment.
It is also important to discuss any health concerns or previous trauma before we begin so that I can tailor my approach to your needs.

First we'll have an informal chat to gauge the initial level of interest and atmosphere, and answer any basic questions – building trust between us is crucial.
A second, more formal intake interview will take place based on your intake form. Here we will further discuss your background, what brought you to this point, as well as your expectations and any concerns you may have. This can help us both get a better idea of your intentions for the session.
Before the session you will receive a preparation guideline that will help you set your intentions and prepare yourself mentally and physically.
A breathing session in combination with a low dose of truffles lasts an average of 4 hours in total. The first 30-60 minutes we take the time to land together and go through the intention again.
You will then be offered a low dose (1 to 2 grams) of fresh truffles and we will first start with a gentle build-up of breathing work. The individual breathwork sessions take place in my practice room at home.
My practice space is in the garden. I ensure that the space is free of distractions and external stimuli, so that you can fully concentrate on your breathing and inner journey.
